Our Services
Almari Escapes offers a range of travel planning and booking support, including:

While we assist with bookings, the actual travel services (such as flights, hotels, and packages) are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, each with their own terms and conditions.
IATA CREDITED, ATOL and ABTA Protection
At Almari Escapes, your peace of mind is important to us. All bookings made through Almari Escapes are processed via InteleTravel UK, an IATA-accredited and ATOL/ABTA-protected travel agency.
All air holiday packages and flight-inclusive bookings provided through our approved travel partners are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). This ensures that your money is secure and that you will not be stranded abroad in the unlikely event of supplier failure.
Where applicable, some holidays and travel arrangements may also be covered under ABTA (Association of British Travel Agents) protection. ABTA protection provides additional financial security and support in case of travel disruption.
Full details of your ATOL certificate or ABTA protection will be provided by the travel supplier before booking confirmation.
Third-Party Bookings
When you make a booking through Almari Escapes, you are entering into a direct agreement with the travel provider or supplier.
We only work with reputable, fully protected partners, but Almari Escapes is not responsible for any changes, cancellations, delays, or issues caused by third-party providers.
You are encouraged to read and understand each supplier’s booking conditions before payment.
Payments and Pricing
All prices and availability are provided by third-party travel suppliers and are subject to change until your booking is confirmed.
Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund options depend on the supplier’s policies, which will be clearly communicated prior to booking.
Almari Escapes does not charge additional booking fees — we earn a commission directly from our partners, so you receive the same great prices and exclusive offers.
Cancellations and Amendments
If you wish to cancel or amend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will assist wherever possible, but all changes and refunds are subject to the supplier’s terms and conditions.
Almari Escapes cannot guarantee refunds or free amendments once a booking has been confirmed.
Travel Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that all travellers meet the necessary entry requirements, including valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and insurance.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for all bookings.
